This Privacy Policy, governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”) read with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (“IT Rules”) as amended from time to time, explains how we collect, disclose, use, store and protect the information being shared, supplied or provided when UDAAN, an internal-use digital platform, through Website and Mobile App (“Udaan” or “Platform”) is used and operated in its usual course.

As any product offering using information technology platform, the operation of Udaan may involve use of cookies or similar tracking technologies to enhance experience and functionality, besides operational requirements, i.e., to analyze usage or deliver personalized content, subscription to alerts and for generating reports. These cookies can be optionally disabled from User’s device settings, but the same may severely affect functionality of our Platform or disable critical functions. We obtain your consent for non-essential cookies as required by law.


10. PROCESSING OF INFORMATION:

We process data based on consent obtained, which is implicit at the time of creating user profile. It is our legitimate interests in security and administration of our Platform, which is operated in compliance with applicable laws, including the IT Act and the IT Rules, and is governed by overall use and operation of the Platform by the Users, including by authorised third party users, who remain bound by the confidentiality and compliance obligations as per this Policy.

Users are encouraged to review this page periodically, and continued use of our Platform’s services after any change or modification indicates user’s acceptance to the updated policy. This Privacy Policy is governed by laws of India, to be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service. Any disputes arising out of this Privacy Policy is subject to the applicable courts or forums exercising competent jurisdiction in Delhi.
